Overview
A predictive pricing dashboard and mobile companion designed for Home Depot PRO customers including contractors, builders, and property managers, to view discounts, forecast costs, and manage projects seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and in-store channels.
Research & Discovery
Understanding how PROs shop across channels uncovered critical friction points in discount visibility,
quote creation, and checkout consistency.

Visual narrative of the end-to-end PRO experience, highlighting moments of confusion around discount tiers and in-store follow-through. Created in Miro using insights from UserTesting sessions.
Home Depot’s PRO customers move fluidly between mobile, desktop, and in-store interactions.
The multi-channel map visualizes where expectations break down — and how connected experiences can close the gap.

Cross-platform matrix showing channel overlaps and hand-offs between web, mobile, and store associates. Mapped in Miro using swimlanes for customer, associate, and system touchpoints.
Insights & Opportunities
Following the research phase, I synthesized data from user interviews, analytics,
and in-field observations of PRO customers interacting with the pricing tool.
The result revealed several key pain points and clear opportunity areas to improve trust, transparency,
and efficiency in the PRO buying journey.

Aggregated findings from UserTesting and EnjoyHQ sessions showing recurring PRO customer frustrations across the buying journey.
Pain points clustered by theme to inform design priorities.
Visualization of pain points and their aligned opportunity zones, created in Miro using clustered affinity mapping.
Each opportunity links directly to an upcoming feature concept in the Pricing Insights Dashboard.
Service Design
Bridging customer intent with backend systems required mapping every digital and human touchpoint.
This blueprint clarified where UX, technology, and business processes intersected.

End-to-end blueprint visualizing the PRO Pricing ecosystem including customer actions, front-stage interfaces (web, mobile, POS), and backstage services (pricing engine, promotions API).
Created collaboratively in Miro using standardized service design layers.
Design Execution
Built around the needs of professional contractors, the Home Depot PRO Pricing Experience delivers a connected,
multi-device journey that supports both project management in the office and quick decisions in the field.
