Project Overview

A mobile-first redesign exploring a streamlined crypto experience on iOS. The goal was to deliver a clean, intuitive,
and secure interface that supports everyday tasks such as checking balances, sending/receiving crypto, and making trades, all while remaining approachable for beginners and efficient for power users. The design balances modern fintech aesthetics with crypto-specific workflows, reinforced by clear hierarchy, consistent components, and secure interaction patterns.

Interactive prototype demonstrating onboarding, send/receive, and trade micro-interactions

The prototype showcases Face ID authentication, QR-based receive, address validation, transaction confirmations,
and subtle motion to guide attention. Timing, easing, and feedback states were tuned to reinforce trust at key decision points.

Layouts of supporting screens within the iOS experience

The designs demonstrate consistent UI patterns, clear hierarchy, and readability across workflows. Core flows such as portfolio overview, wallet management,
market tracking, trading, and profile settings were unified through a cohesive visual system, ensuring trust and ease of use across the app.

Each screen was designed for clarity, accessibility, and alignment with mobile interaction patterns:

  • Home: Portfolio balance, P/L snapshot, watchlist previews, and quick actions (Buy, Send, Receive).

  • Wallet: Asset list with token cards; coin detail pages with intraday chart, stats, and Transactions/History embedded contextually.

  • Markets: Real-time prices, search, and watchlist management; coin detail funnels directly into Trade.

  • Trade: Simple flows for Buy/Sell/Swap with fee breakdowns, slippage hints, and clear CTAs.

  • Profile: Security (Face ID, 2FA), notifications, linked payment methods, and support.

Component examples for fast, accurate interpretation of financial data

Coin cards surface symbol, price, 24h delta, and holdings at a glance. Transaction rows highlight status and confirmations.
Alert banners and inline validations reduce errors in critical flows.

A scalable iOS-first component library ensures consistency and speed

Components were designed for touch targets ≥44pt, dynamic type compatibility, and dark-mode parity.
Tokens cover color, spacing, elevation, and states to maintain visual cohesion across modules.

Accessibility & Security Considerations

The app supports dynamic type and maintains minimum contrast ratios for legibility in both light and dark modes.
It provides clear, persistent affordances for undo and cancel during high-risk actions such as sending or swapping crypto. Biometric authentication, masked balances, clipboard warnings, and address checksum/ENS validation help reduce user error and reinforce security throughout the app.

Closing/Summary

This iOS crypto app design makes complex tasks approachable without sacrificing capability. A focused information hierarchy, option-A bottom navigation, and micro-interactions that build trust create a cohesive, professional experience for day-to-day crypto management and trading.
