The Challenge
Teams today rely on multiple tools — from Jira to Slack — which creates inefficiencies and tool fatigue.
The challenge was to design an integrated platform that centralizes task management, collaboration, and reporting,
while leveraging AI to provide predictive insights and automate routine work.
The Process
This case study follows an end-to-end design process: user research on team collaboration pain points,
competitive analysis of existing project management tools, early wireframes, and polished UI designs for both desktop and mobile.
Screens were generated using UX Pilot and refined for clarity, visual hierarchy, and innovative AI integration.
Onboarding & Setup
The onboarding flow captures project context, team size, and goals, enabling the AI assistant
to personalize recommendations from the start.
